Research on the state of the force of the wire saw wheels

The sensor, its force measurement principle, the sensor's steady state output control, etc. were studied. 

This project has developed a system for measuring the degree of bending of the wire sawing wire, including its guiding force measuring part, the wire saw tensioning device, and the vertical feeding device forming the "line bow angle".

Based on the above force measurement platform, this paper studies the relationship between the force of the wire saw wheels and the angle of the wire bow.
