The use of wire saw rubber rings far exceeds the use of injection wire saws

At present, rubber-coated wire saws mostly use copper-plated steel cords. The working characteristics of the wire saws determine that the rubber performance requirements are higher than that of automobile tire belts, steel ring rubbers and steel cord frame material conveyor belt rubbers.Its own unique requirements:

     (1) Strong adhesion to steel cords, the biggest purpose of wire saw rubber is to firmly bond rubber and steel cords;

     (2) It has a high breaking strength and can withstand impact collision;

     (3) It has excellent resistance to tortuosity. When the wire saw is working, it must withstand frequent bending stress. The wire saw not only has circumferential movement, but also has anti-rotation motion to prevent eccentric wear;

     (4) Better heat resistance, the sawing speed is faster when the wire saw works, the friction is severe, and the temperature rises faster;

     (5) Strong resistance to medium, ozone, ultraviolet light and thermal aging, preventing the extraction of water-soluble substances in rubber.
