3. The rotary speed reducer of double supports which is researched and developed by our company supports the power head. The power head is supported strongly and operates smoothly. The power head will not drop or tremble even though it uses for long terms. The machine body is made of thick metal sheet and welded firmly. So the machine is rigid and durable with small vibration, small cutting slot and small wear to wire saw.

4. The lateral moving of power head is hydraulically controlled fully-automatically to improve the reliability and lifetime of machine. It solves the problem that the transmission structure of screw rod driven by motor is easy to fail. The power head which rotates at 360ºand moves in lateral direction is operated by a hand control box. So the machine can cut stone in any angle.

5. The closed loop feedback calculation is applied to the follow up of current that the electric current can be tracked automatically and the output power can be adjusted automatically according to different working load. The machine can cut stone under large current and the wire will not be broken. The linear speed of cutting wire can be adjusted automatically in the range of 0-40m/s to fit for various stones cutting.

6.
