In the world, the main way of mining granite scrap is to use the way of opening-expanding and fracturing. In this way, the mining granite scrap has large size, controllable size, regular shape, fewer crack defects, large output, high scrap yield, less damage to the environment and good production conditions.

Its main operating procedures are as follows:

1.转孔---按所需要的荒料规格或是*经济的开采规格密集打空，一般是间隔23-30CM。这边用到的矿山设备主要是立式钻孔机和卧式钻孔机。

2.之后是利用液压设备把花岗岩石材荒料从矿体上劈裂胀裂开。主要是用液压劈裂机。

3.如果荒料尺寸比较大或是荒料形状不好，将会对荒料进行分割或修整。这时候主要采用两种方式，

一种和开采的方法一样，采用开孔-胀裂的方法，主要是用小型钻孔机或是车栽组合式钻孔机；

另一种就是使用花岗岩整形绳锯来切割修整了，主要设备是金刚石绳锯整形机，当然还需要翻料车来配合翻转花岗岩荒料了。

4.最后就是用装载机或是吊车把荒料运到荒料堆场了。
