In addition to the steel rope, the Diamond rope saw consists of :(1) diamond beads; (2) spring; (3) washer; (4) fixation ring. Each 5 diamond beads is usually a cut unit. There are 25, 30 and 50 diamond beads in the rope saw per meter, and the commonly used one is 30 beads per meter.

Diamond beads diameter and different purposes to the any of the following specifications: Φ 7, 8, Φ Φ 9, 10, 11 and 12 Φ Φ Φ.

There are two ways to make diamond strong saws: electroplating, which is mainly used for marble, mining and cutting, and hot-pressing, which is used for granite processing.
