Classification and attributes of diamond tools

diamond tools are tools for making diamond (usually artificial diamond) or cubic boron nitride into a certain shape, structure, size, and used for processing. Diamond tools can be divided into diamond grinding tools, diamond cutting tools, diamond cutting tools, diamond drilling tools, dressing tools and drawing dies if they are divided according to their use. 1. Diamond saw blade
Diamond saw blade generally refers to circular saw blade, but band saw blade and gang saw blade also belongs to diamond saw blade. Diamond saw blade is a cutting tool. 5. Diamond segment
Diamond segment is the main body of diamond saw blade, diamond cut wheel or thin wall drill bit. Diamond segment is made up of diamond and matrix. Diamond plays the role of cutting edge. The bond of matrix plays the role of fixing diamond. It is made of metal powder or metal alloy powder. The different composition is called formula. According to different uses, the formula and diamond are different.

6. Diamond dressing tool
It is an important link to improve the grinding efficiency and ensure the grinding quality to repair the grinding wheel with a dressing tool to shape or repair the blunt surface, so as to restore the grinding performance of the working surface and the correct operating process of the geometry, and correct the grinding wheel in time and correctly.

7. Diamond cutting tool
Diamond cutting tool has the advantages of high hardness and wear resistance, low friction coefficient, high modulus of elasticity, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, and small affinity with non iron. It can be used for precision machining of non-metallic hard and brittle materials such as graphite, high wear-resistant materials, composite materials, high silicon aluminum alloy and other ductile non-ferrous metals.
