Check the wear of polyurethane strip on the drive wheel and guide wheels before starting up the machine. They should be changed in time if the wear is serious.
Inspect the power cable in moving direction and that of the control cable . It should be wrapped or changed immediately if they are damaged or if there is a leakage of electricity. Pay attention to the adjustment of the cable position while the machine is moving and sawing to prevent the cable from damage.
Check the guard of the main motor to confirm well ventilation and to prevent blocking and short circuit of the main motor due to the entry of cooling water.
Regularly inspect the straightness and firmness of the rail. The working surface of rail should be cleaned and greased frequently to prevent from rusting.
Check the flexibility of the guide wheels and confirm the firmness of holders.
The door of machine should be closed to prevent the entry of moisture and dust. Keep the electric cabinet clean. The cabinet and the movable operating floor should be dried if the machine is unused for a long time.
Cooling the wire saw with water along the sawing direction. The cooling position and water yield should be appropriate. Sawing with no water is forbidden.
Rotate the manual greasing pump clockwise for one to two laps semimonthly and to grease the movable parts of the power head to avoid rusting. The hydraulic pump should be filled up with hydraulic oil at a regular intervals.
The oil position of the worm speed reducer should be checked and filled up with lubrication oil in time monthly. The main motor and the moving motor also need to be refilled with grease in time.
Disconnect power supply while sawing is finished and clean the whole machine in time.
