2. The wire saw must go through into the horizontal hole and out from the vertical hole when vertical cutting. Confirm the direction of the wire going through hole according to the practical position when horizontal cutting. No matter the wire saw is new or old, the going through direction of wire saw must be the same each time. If going through with a wrong direction, the wire saw will be damaged and failed.
3. While horizontal cutting of the block bottom, something should be put into the sawing slot to prevent the heavy block going downward to press and damage the working wire saw.
4. Before connecting the wire saw, the wire saw should be rotated for some rounds, and the rotating direction of the wire saw should be the same as its spring. The rotation rounds of wire saw=the length of wire saw(M)×1～3(round/m).
5. Use a connector to connect the wire saw which has been rotated for some rounds by a hydraulic clamp. The connection of wire saw should be reliable and it is not allowed to use the hydraulic clamp which is with no sufficient oil or other fault.
