3.Precautions

Strictly comply with the electrical, mechanical Safety Requirement and follow the steps of operation.

Machine operators must wear protection suits. A warning sign should be set up on the work site of the machine. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

The electrical installation of the machine must meet the requirements.All cables must be fixed by support.

When the wire saw machine is working, everyone should keep a safe distance from it.Please do not stay closely.In order to avoid rope breakage and hurt people.

When the machine is working or the machine has not been completely stopped. It is forbidden to perform these operations on the machine: adjustment, maintenance, refueling, cleaning, etc.

The joints of wire saw must be connected firmly and reliably. Before starting the machine each time, you must check it very well. After working for 80-hours, the wire saw must be replaced with a new one. Or when you find the bead of wire saw is getting smaller, please replace it in time.
